Terms

Last updated September 29, 2026

These terms cover Your First Profitable Meta Ads Campaign, sold by Luca Fontani on lucafontani.com: what you get, how you pay and what you can do with it. Questions: luca@grapefox.com.

What you buy

A one-time purchase, currently $27, that gives you lifetime access to: the step-by-step plan (the course) at lucafontani.com/course, the tools inside the plan (calculators, checklists, the auto rules), the AI assistant for Claude and ChatGPT, and the future updates to all three. It's a digital product: access starts right after payment.

Payment

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges your card, handles taxes and VAT where it applies, and issues your receipt. The price and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

Refunds

The course comes with a guarantee, described in the refund policy. It's on top of your rights under the consumer law of your country and doesn't limit them.

Your access

Access is personal: you sign in with the email you paid with. Don't share your access, resell the course or publish its content. You can use everything you learn and build with it (campaigns, numbers, creatives) in your own business, or for your clients.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, access to the course, the toolkit updates and the AI assistant ends.

The AI assistant

The assistant runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT account, under their terms. It reads your ad account only through Meta's official connector, which you connect yourself with your Facebook login, and it never makes changes to your account: it recommends, you decide. Our server receives only the totals it needs for a calculation (spend, purchases, revenue, clicks) and doesn't store them.

No guaranteed results

The course teaches a method; it doesn't promise income, sales or a specific return on ad spend. Results depend on your product, your store, your offer and the market. You decide what to spend on ads and you are responsible for your ad account and for following Meta's advertising policies.

Liability

The course, toolkit and assistant are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to them is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We improve the course and the tools over time, and may update these terms. The version on this page applies; changes never take away access you already paid for.
