Refund policy

Anyone who asks within 30 days of their purchase. No proof, no questions, no reason needed.

Email luca@grapefox.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your purchase confirmation. The refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. No forms, no arguments.

Access to the course and to the AI assistant ends. The guarantee applies once per person.

This guarantee is on top of any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, and doesn't limit them. Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record and handles the refund itself.
